Refund policy
Vitrina Engine is operated by Infinity Curve LLC. Payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, and refunds are issued through them to the original payment method.
Try before you pay
There is a free plan that does not expire and takes no card. It is the intended way to find out whether the product works for you, and it is why the paid plans are not sold on a trial that quietly starts charging.
When we refund
We will refund, in full:
- Within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason. You do not have to give one.
- A duplicate or mistaken charge, including a plan bought twice or an upgrade nobody intended.
- A renewal you did not want, if you tell us within 14 days of it being taken and have not used the service in that period.
- A prolonged failure on our side — if the service was materially unusable for a significant part of a billing period, we refund that period pro rata whether or not you ask.
When we do not
- Time already used beyond the periods above. Cancelling mid-month ends the renewal; it does not refund the month in progress.
- Accounts terminated for breach of the acceptable use policy.
- An outage of a system you were monitoring. We report what we observe; we are not responsible for the availability of your own infrastructure.
Where you have a statutory right to cancel that is broader than this policy — for example as a consumer in the EEA or the UK — that right applies and this policy does not reduce it.
How to ask
Email billing@vitrinaengine.com from the address on the account, or use the contact link on the invoice Paddle.com Market Ltd sent you. Tell us which charge, and — if you want to — why. We aim to answer within two business days.
You do not need to cancel first. Asking for a refund is not a cancellation, and vice versa.
How long it takes
We approve or decline within two business days. Once approved, Paddle.com Market Ltd processes the refund to the original payment method, which usually reaches the account in five to ten business days depending on the card issuer or bank. We have no control over that last part.
What happens to your account
A refund ends the paid plan for the period refunded and returns the organisation to the free plan. Monitors above the free limit are paused rather than deleted, and your history is kept for the free plan’s retention period — so a refund is reversible if you change your mind.
