Deleting your account

Vitrina Engine is operated by Infinity Curve LLC. You can delete your account and the personal data attached to it at any time, from inside the app or by writing to us. You do not need a subscription, and you do not need the app installed.

From the mobile app

Open More, then Account, then Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. The deletion happens immediately — there is no queue and no waiting period.

Without the app

Email privacy@vitrinaengine.com from the address on the account. We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and reply when it is done. We aim to answer within three working days and will not take longer than thirty.

What is deleted

Your name, your email address, and your sign-in credentials.
Any social sign-in linked to the account, including Sign in with Apple. Deleting here also ends that connection; you do not have to revoke it separately.
Every notification channel that belongs to you personally — a phone registered for push, a linked Telegram chat — so that nothing keeps trying to reach you.
Your API keys, which stop working immediately.
Your sessions, on every device.
Your membership of every organisation, and your place in any on-call rotation.

What is kept, and why

Entries in an organisation’s audit log survive. They record what was changed and when, and they are the organisation’s record rather than yours — a log that erased itself whenever somebody left would not be a log. The entry keeps the label it was written with; it stops pointing at an account that no longer exists.

An organisation’s own data is not yours to delete. Its monitors, incidents and status pages belong to the organisation. Deleting your account removes you from it; it does not remove it. If you are the last person in an organisation and want the whole thing gone, say so in your email and we will delete it with your account.

Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires. Payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, and neither we nor you can delete a record they are obliged to hold.

Two things that will stop the deletion

Both are refusals with a reason rather than a silent failure, and each names the one step that clears it.

You are the only owner of an organisation that other people belong to. Deleting you would leave them with an organisation nobody can administer — no one able to invite, to change a role, or to manage billing. Make somebody else an owner first, or remove the others.
An organisation you own has a live subscription. A subscription outlives the account that bought it and would keep billing. Cancel it under billing settings first; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can delete the account at any point after that.

Getting a copy first

Deletion is not reversible and we cannot restore an account afterwards. If you want your data before it goes, ask at privacy@vitrinaengine.com and we will send it to you first.
