Prices exclude tax. Most countries have their own price in their own currency rather than a conversion of the dollar one, and it is shown above if yours is among them. At checkout Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and the merchant of record, adds VAT, GST or sales tax where it applies — you see the exact amount before you pay.

Add-on packs
For when one limit is the only thing in your way. Packs attach to any paid plan, stack as many times as you need, and are prorated to your renewal date — cheaper than moving up a tier for a single number.
- +50 uptime monitors$5/mo
- +25 server agents$5/mo
- +5 seats$8/mo
- +1 private probe agent$6/mo
- +10,000 status page subscribers$10/mo
Bought from the billing page once you are on a paid plan. Annual subscriptions get the annual price, which is ten months for twelve like everything else.
Enterprise
Unlimited everything, 30-second intervals, single sign-on against your own identity provider, and the option to run the probe fleet on your own hardware. Invoiced annually rather than through the checkout. Talk to us about anything else you need. A data processing agreement is not one of them — that one applies to every customer already, Enterprise or not.
Talk to usBefore you buy
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- The next thing you try to create is refused with a message naming the limit. Nothing is deleted, nothing stops being monitored, and you are never billed for going over — there is no overage on any plan.
- What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
- Your monitors keep running to the end of the period you have paid for. After that you drop to the free plan: monitors over the free limit are paused rather than deleted, checks slow to the free interval, and your history is kept for the free plan's retention. Nothing is destroyed at the moment of cancellation.
- Do I need a card for the free plan?
- No. The free plan takes no payment details, does not expire, and can be used commercially.
- Who am I actually buying from?
- Vitrina Engine is operated by Infinity Curve LLC. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as the reseller and merchant of record — their name appears on your statement, and they issue the invoice and handle tax.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within the terms set out in our refund policy — including for a duplicated charge or a plan bought by mistake.
- Is there an API?
- Yes, on every plan including the free one, and it is documented at /docs/api. It reads and writes monitors, reads and updates incidents, and takes source map uploads. Keys carry the role of whoever made them and can be confined to a single client workspace.
- Is the price per user?
- No. Every plan includes its seats in the flat price. On-call responders are not billed separately, which is where most of the cost difference against the larger tools comes from.
